Access is often erroneously viewed as additional to other integral elements of successful arts organisations, for example: customer service, marketing or audience development. We believe a holistic approach, with interdepartmental responsibility and audience collaboration is the best route to being an inclusive and accessible venue. We provide short-term solutions and long-term goals for improving and sustaining an accessible and inclusive venue. We work with your organisation to develop an access strategy through a combination of training and consultation, advising on all areas of access including: Planning & Producing: Assisted Performance Programmes Audiences: Finding, Growing & Sustaining Effective Engagement: Special Educational Needs Schools Please contact us for examples of work.

''I am responsible for access at my theatre but it's a small part of my job and I don't really have time to develop my skills. I enjoy it, but I'm not an expert and sometimes find it difficult to know if I'm doing the right thing '' Training Participant, 2012
